2. Fortnightly one of our beautiful Black Angus Steers will be hand selected from our high quality finishing pasture.

3. You will be sent an email to inform you that the next boxes are available.

This process for our small batch beef ensures a zero waste product where every part of our produce goes to a good home after its life helping nourish and regenerate our farm.

All the meat will be vacuum-sealed and labelled with Use/Freeze by date, QR code for cooking instructions and nutritional information, and packed into a chilltainer box ready for your fridge/freezer.
