HOW IT WORKS
1. Register your details and you will be added to our mailing list.
2. From there one of our beautiful Black Angus Steers will be hand selected from our high quality finishing pasture.
3. You will be sent an email to inform you that the next boxes are available and also the link for payment and shipping/pick up options should you wish to purchase in the current run.
This process for our small batch beef ensures a zero waste product where every part of our produce goes to a good home after its life helping nourish and regenerate our farm.
Please note: the notification will be sent approximately one week before
pickup/delivery date as our beef dry ages for optimal tenderness. This is not a mass produced product, so a little patience is required to get the unique nutritional experience we offer.

- T Bone Steak (Bone-in eye fillet and sirloin)
- Scotch Fillet Steak
- Sirloin Steak
- BBQ Rump Steak
- 2 Premium lean grass fed and preservative free beef mince
- Grass fed preservative free/gluten free beef sausages
- Osso Bucco
- Diced Chuck
- 1 Small Slow Roasting Joint (Approx 1kg, either Brisket Point, Brisket Flat, Topside or Silverside)
- Premium preservative free/ binder free 80/20 Brisket burger mince (Approx 500g)
- 1 Bone in Braising cut (either Y-bone Shoulder Steak or Beef Short Rib).
All the meat will be vacuum-sealed and labelled with Use/Freeze by date, QR code for cooking instructions and nutritional information, and packed into a chilltainer box ready for your fridge/freezer.
