3. Serve over cooked pasta.

1. In a wok or large skillet, stir-fry lean beef mince with vegetables like bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, and snap peas.
2. Add your choice of stir-fry sauce (e.g., soy sauce, hoisin sauce) and cook until the beef is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.

1. Mix lean beef mince with breadcrumbs, egg, grated onion, and seasoning.
2. Shape into balls and either bake in the oven or pan-fry until browned and cooked through.
3. Serve with tomato sauce or in pasta dishes.

TACOS OR BURRITOS
1. Cook lean beef mince in a skillet with taco seasoning until fully cooked.
2. Serve in taco shells or tortillas with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, salsa, and other toppings of your choice.

1. Combine lean beef mince with finely chopped onions, garlic, fresh herbs (e.g., parsley, cilantro), and spices (e.g., cumin, coriander).
2. Shape the mixture into kebabs and grill or broil until cooked through.
